Supplier Awards 2025: Light Equipment Brand of the Year – Valentine Equipment and Cuisinequip

Cooking equipment supplier Valentine and its sister company Cuisinequip have clinched their award thanks to innovations such as LightFry, a professional air fryer that uses zero oil and cooks food to the same taste, texture and consistency as deep-fried foods.

Valentine and Cuisinequip also worked in conjunction with oil filtration brand Vito to launch Vitoconnect, a digital platform that allows operators to remotely access information about Vito usage from a smartphone, tablet or PC, accessing information such as timestamped HACCP documentation and custom usage reports for sites.

Furthermore, the group has invested in loan equipment, which is available for distributors and operators to trial new appliances or when waiting for a part or engineer visit. 

To support the fryers, Valentine and Cuisinequip also offer bespoke training programmes, either online or in person, as well as a library of virtual training videos.
