Savore expands leadership team with four new appointments

Boutique contract caterer Savore has bolstered its leadership team in recent months.

 

Ludvina Hatert, Sam Lewis, Julia Domanski and Gigi Heatherington have all joined the boutique contract caterer in a bid to further grow the business. 

 

Hatert joined Savore in early 2026 in the role of food curator, working with the kitchen teams across all Savore’s locations. Having worked in Michelin kitchens, she will ensure the teams focus their creativity on providing premium, bespoke dining experiences for clients.

 

She said: “Savore feels curious, generous and full of personality: the kind of place where ideas are shared and food tells a story. I’m excited to step into a role that’s about connection, creativity and collaboration, and to help shape experiences that feel thoughtful, joyful and memorable.”

 

She will be supported by Kristy Hodgson, who has been promoted into the role of company executive chef.

 

Meanwhile, Sam Lewis has been hired as quality and experience manager, bringing a wealth of experience from across the industry, including a recent tenure at Houston & Hawkes.

 

Gigi Heatherington joined the team as operations support, while Jules Domanski has joined Savore as ESG & partnerships manager.

 

Eight executives now hold positions in the Savore leadership team – seven of which roles are held by women.

 

The leadership team consists of founder and owner Dan Kelly alongside Lewis, Hatert, Morris and Domanski, supported by Hetherington and Hodgson.

Savore was founded by former Vacherin deputy managing director, Kelly in 2022 and provides premium catering to workplaces in London. Co-founders of Vacherin, Mark Philpott and Clive Hetherington, invested in the business shortly after its launch.
