Cateys 2025 winners to be revealed tonight

The countdown is on to the 2025 Cateys, with just a few hours to go until the winners are revealed.

 

Around 1,000 members of the hospitality industry from across the country will gather at JW Marriott Grosvenor House in London tonight to find out who will receive one of this year’s prestigious awards.

 

The Cateys, held in partnership with Square, celebrate exceptional talent and pioneering businesses within the hospitality industry.

 

Guests will be treated to a three-course menu from Birmingham restaurateur Aktar Islam, owner of two-Michelin-starred Opheem and winner of the 2024 Chef Award Catey.

 

The chef told The Caterer dishes would be inspired by India’s culinary heritage and said preparing to cook for around 1,000 guests had been a “learning curve”.
