The free expert-led Summit aims to uncover new ways to maintain healthy margins while ensuring continued guest satisfaction
Benoit Raffi, director of revenue at Kimpton Fitzroy London, has been announced as the third panel speaker to join The Caterer’s free expert-led Maximising Revenue Summit, taking place on 29 April.
Ahead of the event, Raffi said that throughout his decade’s worth of hospitality experience, he has “cultivated a deep understanding of hotel operations, customer service, and revenue optimisation”, before adding: “As a result-driven professional, I am always motivated to deliver outstanding results and seek continuous improvement ensuring both guest satisfaction and financial success.”
He will be speaking alongside Devin Grosse, chief executive at Focus, and Louisa Green, managing director at RHB Hospitality Management.
Green recently spoke to The Caterer and gave some of her thoughts on how hotels can stay competitive in today’s climate, including AI’s role in driving efficiency in back-of-house operations.
The Caterer’s editor James Stagg said: “Hospitality businesses are finding it harder than ever to maintain profit margins with little slack in budgets stretched further by this month’s rise in National Insurance Contribution. Finding the balance between delivering an outstanding product at an attractive price point is becoming a more complicated equation, but it’s a challenge that our speakers are tackling head on.
“We’ll be exploring how they are uncovering new ways to maintain healthy margins and creative approaches to business development. Join us for this free event and find out where else you could be delivering for your customers and your bottom line.”
Whatever the scale of your hospitality operation, The Caterer’s Maximising Revenue Summit will provide actionable strategies and insider insights to help your business maintain its profitability while keeping competitive.
