Independent contract caterer Green & Fortune has achieved B Corp certification.
The accreditation comes as the caterer enters a new phase of growth, following its recent win of a 10-year contract at the new London Museum, set to open later this year.
The contract marks the first of several openings the company plans to announce this year, adding to its five existing London sites, including Kings Place, Sea Containers, Central Hall Events and Rose Court.
Revenue is forecast to exceed £20m in 2026, up from £17.5m in 2024.
Emma Williams, director at Green & Fortune, said: “Achieving B Corp certification is a hugely important step for Green & Fortune. It is a marker in the sand for the way we have always chosen to do business – investing in our people, supporting our communities and taking responsibility for the impact we have as we grow.
“Becoming B Corp certified gives us a clear framework for accountability as we continue to scale, while staying true to our values.”
Green & Fortune’s head of supply, systems and sustainability Dominic Potts added: “We’ve never set out to tick boxes. Whether that’s farming our own beef and lamb, paying people properly, or committing to London as the only place we operate, these decisions have always been about building a better business for the long term. B Corp certification is recognition of that approach and a commitment to keep pushing ourselves further.”
Green & Fortune was founded in 2008 by John Nugent, won the Outstanding Contribution Award at the 2024 Foodservice Cateys for his work building Green & Fortune and supporting wider charity initiatives, and Peter Millican.
