Anne Legrand has been appointed general manager at London Marriott Hotel County Hall on London’s South Bank.
Legrand is taking on the role whilst continuing as area general manager central London hotels overseeing four properties including London Marriott Hotel Kensington, and London Marriott Hotel Maida Vale.
The French-born hospitality leader has over 30 years of experience in the industry and has worked across Marriott properties in London and Paris, including the Paris Marriott Champs-Élysées. She moved from Paris to London in 2016 to serve as general manager at St Pancras Renaissance hotel, London.
Legrand joins London Marriott Hotel County Hall following a period of renovation; the property recently unveiled 35 renovated guestrooms and suites.
Of her appointment, Legrand, said: “It’s a privilege to take the reins at one of London’s most iconic addresses. County Hall’s history, location and team make it a truly special property, and I look forward to building on its reputation for excellence while continuing to deliver a quintessentially British hotel experience.”
