Tender: Catering partner for Granta Park, Cambridge

Thoughtful development of the 120-acre estate has created superb spaces for both work and relaxation, resulting in leading life science organisations choosing to locate here, with over 2,400 people based onsite daily.

We are seeking a visionary catering operator to deliver and enhance the core catering services at Granta Park, covering several high-profile outlets and site-wide services. This includes:

• The Apiary: A restaurant hub offering hot meals, salad bar, and grab & go options
• The Coffee Bar: A speciality coffee bar
• The Clubhouse: A café/bar area for light breakfasts, bistro-style food and drink, bar snacks, informal dining, speciality coffee, and events
• On-site hospitality and event catering across meeting spaces and shared areas
• Business-to-business (B2B) services tailored to tenant needs, including delivered hospitality
