Spring sipping in an English country garden, courtesy of the hotel’s own Obsession gin
This cocktail was created by Georgi Petrov, bar, lounge and terrace manager at Northcote hotel and restaurant in Langho in Lancashire. It’s a crisp and floral drink inspired by the herbs sourced from Northcote’s gardens.
To make it, the hotel’s own Obsession gin, made using locally foraged ingredients, is teamed with elderflower liqueur and cordial for a refreshing spring serve.
Muddle the cucumber in the base of the shaker and add the rest of the ingredients.
Add ice and shake and then double strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with a cucumber slice.
