Aktar Islam of Opheem was the chef behind the menu for the 900-plus guests at this year’s Cateys at London’s JW Marriott Grosvenor House. The evening saw an emotional speech from Lifetime Achievement Award winner Brian Turner, followed by 20 other award winners from across the industry.
