This spicy twist on the classic negroni, created by Luke Wasserman, co-founder of Nest Food Group, is served across all the group venues: Nest and Restaurant St Barts in east London, and Nest Farmhouse in Docking, Norfolk.

 

The cocktail, made from ingredients entirely sourced from the British Isles, creates a warming blend of bold flavour with a sustainable ethos.

 

Ingredients

  • 25ml Sacred English Spiced Vermouth
  • 25ml Sacred Rosehip Cup
  • 25ml Sapling Climate Positive Gin

Method

Fill a negroni glass with ice. Add all the ingredients, stir and serve.
