We’re so proud of our apprenticeship academies and the growth opportunities they provide. And we’re not the only ones! The CH&CO Academy and our commitment to learning and development has been awarded the prestigious Princess Royal Training Award in recognition of our investing in people through inclusive training programmes.  

Enriched by tailored and sector specific workshops and masterclasses, our academies embody our inclusive approach to apprenticeships that gives everyone the opportunities and tools to grow, progress and shine. In fact, across 2022 to 2024, 149 apprentices were successfully promoted!
