Valor Hospitality has been appointed to manage a further three hotels, taking its UK portfolio to 20 properties.
The management company has added Hotel Indigo in Liverpool (pictured), Ramada Manchester in Salford Quays and Ramada Birmingham to its portfolio.
The company said it was experiencing a period of rapid growth with more opportunities in the pipeline, which it will announce in the coming months.
Valor was formed in November 2014 to manage what was previously QMH UK and in nine months the company has gone from managing 11 hotels to 20.
Managing director Brian McCarthy said: "We are very proud of the significant progress that we have made in the last nine months. We are in the process of making a number of key appointments so we are adding to our team as well as to our hotel portfolio, which is fantastic for the business.
"All three new hotels represent excellent opportunities for Valor going forward. The Hotel Indigo in Liverpool is the first hotel we have managed under the Indigo banner and we are excited about working with this boutique brand and continuing our relationship with IHG."
Valor Hospitality Europe is an extension of US-based Valor Hospitality Partners, which operates properties on the East Coast of the US, and Valor's sister company, PMR Hospitality Partners, based in Cape Town, which manages a portfolio of properties in South Africa.
Valor operates independent hotels and resorts and works with brands including IHG, Hilton, Marriott and Starwood.
