In the webinar we question whether hospitality operators should look to technology and automation solutions to keep businesses afloat and customers satisfied. Jane Pendlebury, chief executive of HOSPA, who will be joining the event’s panel of experts, added: “Technology should always improve efficiency, freeing up hospitality employees to allow more face-to-face interaction with guests. While tech doesn’t always reduce head count, it will typically remove some of the more mundane tasks and certainly improve both job satisfaction and flexibility.”
