Mr Porter steakhouse to replace Old Trader Vics at London Hilton on Park Lane

The Entourage Group is set to open its first UK iteration of Mr Porter at London Hilton on Park Lane in September.

Mr Porter Steakhouse, Bar and Lounge is headed by co-owner and co-founder Yossi Eliyahoo and started as a pop-up in Amsterdam before launching as a restaurant in Amsterdam’s W hotel.

Mr Poter London will be replacing the Old Trader Vics at the Hilton hotel, with a main bar, wine library, chef’s table and open kitchen.

Dishes are set to include seared steaks, slow-cooked lamb, roasted aubergine with grated egg and mushroom carpaccio.

The restaurant has been designed by Baranowitz and Kronenberg.

Eliyahoo said: “The opening of Mr Porter Park Lane is a significant milestone for the Mr Porter brand. We are thrilled to be bringing the restaurant to London, whose glamorous and vibrant energy is the perfect location for the next venue.”

The Entourage Group is led by co-founders Yossi Eliyahoo and Liran Wizman and group chief executive Stephanie Pearson. Its portfolio includes brands such as Momo Restaurant, Izakaya Asian Kitchen & Bar and Shirkhan.
