Applications are now open for the 2021 series of MasterChef: The Professionals.
Entrants must be over 20 years old as of 1 May 2021 and must either have worked in a professional kitchen for at least two years or hold a relevant NVQ.
The series will be filmed according to Covid-19 regulations and have measures in place to keep participants safe.
The contest is judged by chefs Marcus Wareing and Monica Galetti, with Greg Wallace presenting.
Last year’s show was won by 25-year-old chef Alex Webb (pictured), who left his role as head chef at Square 1 restaurant in Great Dunmow in Essex in January to pursue his own projects.
Webb was the 14th chef to be awarded the MasterChef title. Previous winners include Steve Groves, Steven Edwards and joint winners Keri Moss and Anton Piotrowski.
