Olde Barn hotel in Grantham sold for around £2m

The three-star, 101-bedroom Olde Barn hotel in Grantham, Lincolnshire, has been sold for around £2m, two and a half years after going into administration.

The property, which includes conference facilities, a leisure club and swimming pool, has been sold to the Leena Group. Property agent, the ES Group, handled the sale on behalf of the administrators, PWC.

The hotel continued to trade after falling into administration in February 2011.
