Hotel management company Valor Hospitality Europe will continue to operate a 17-strong property portfolio following its sale by US private equity fund Marathon Asset Management to DTP Infinities Corporation, a new holding company for Thailand-based property business DTGO.
A reported £450m was paid for the hotels which are operated through a number of franchise agreements with InterContinental Hotels Group for Crowne Plaza, Holiday Inn and Hotel Indigo branded properties, Hilton (Doubletree and Garden Inn, and Marriott (AC Hotels).

Valor Hospitality Europe is a division of US-based Valor Hospitality which manages 40 hotels worldwide.
