A look at the latest restaurants, hotels, pubs and bars to open their doors.

Lussmanns Fish & Grill
Independent restaurant group Lussmanns has opened its fifth restaurant, Lussmanns Fish & Grill, on Tring High Street in Hertfordshire. The restaurant occupies the site of ‘the Old Bank', originally built in 1922, and it is full of restored features. The restaurant is made up of a ground floor dining area with a window into the kitchen, a mezzanine with glass balcony, and a wood-panelled private dining room in the former bank manager's office.

A palette of colours by Farrow & Ball enhances the expansive vaulted ceiling, and British designer Neisha Crosland's vinyl parquet tiles complement the original herringbone wooden floor.

A mixture of marble, wood, leather and glass creates a contemporary feel, while the building's history is reflected in the art deco lamps and hand-painted wall graphics. The hotel also boasts a gallery of work by local artists, as well as a display of illustrations of cassowary birds loaned from the nearby Natural History Museum at Tring.

Café Sou
Café Sou, the ninth restaurant in the City of London's Ned hotel, has opened. The Parisian-style café, in collaboration with chef Rachel Khoo, serves cheese and charcuterie boards alongside French wines, omelettes, baguettes, rillettes, quiches and salads.

East 59th
D&D London has launched East 59th, a rooftop bar and grill in Leeds city centre, named after the address of D&D's New York site, Guastavino's. The menu focuses on New York-style dining, cocktails and craft beers.

Ikoyi
Ikoyi has opened at St James's Market in London. It is named after the neighbourhood in Lagos, Nigeria, where co-founder Iré Hassan-Odukale was born, and the menu combines modern techniques with West African flavours.

Soboro
Wasabi has opened its first Asian-inspired bakery, Soboro, in Cambridge's Lion Yard shopping centre. Soboro, which takes its name from a classic Korean sweet bun, offers a range of Korean and Japanese pastries and sandwiches, as well as more familiar products such as ham and cheese baguettes.

Tuyo
Tuyo has opened at London's Broadway Market, serving Mediterranean and Levantine small plates with a Spanish twist. With Ricardo Pimentel, formerly of Salt Yard Group, at the helm, it is the latest addition to the family-owned Gallipoli restaurant group.
