The White Lady cocktail recipe
This elegant cocktail has a balance of bitter and sweet notes with a touch of citrus zest.
The White Lady uses Aqua Vitae, a botanical spirit with macerated with herbs and spices, many of which are grown locally at Lindores Abbey Distillery in Fife.

Ingredients
- 25ml Aqua Vitae
- 25ml white port
- Orange bitters
- Tonic
Method
Build the Aqua Vitae, white port and a dash of orange bitters over ice in a rocks or highball glass and top with tonic water. Garnish with a twist of lemon peel and a sprig of burnt rosemary.
