The auction, which takes place in 11 and 12 December, follows an earlier sale held in August.
Almost 2,000 pieces of furniture, drapery and art from the Savoy in London are set to be auctioned as it continues an extensive refurbishment.
The auction, which takes place in 11 and 12 December, follows an earlier sale and will see more items from the hotel’s Personality Suites, which have been named after hotel’s past celebrity guests such as Frank Sinatra and Noel Coward, sold.
The hotel also auctioned off items from its Simpson’s in the Strand restaurant earlier this year, ahead of its relaunch in 2025.
Items being sold are predominantly from the Savoy’s luxury rooms and suites and include bespoke mirrors, sofas, and silk drapery as well as art works, tables, chairs, and lighting fixtures.
The auction, which will take place at the hotel, is being organised by Pro Auction. A spokesperson said: "The Savoy is synonymous with luxury, with history, with prestige, with lifestyle.
"This event offers enthusiasts from around the world the chance to take part in the auction sale and acquire a little bit of the Savoy’s magic."
The Savoy first opened on the Strand in 1889. It was acquired by Fairmont Hotels and Resorts in 2005, which was subsequently sold to Accor.
