London-based private members' club, the Arts Club, is to open overseas for the first time in a series of international openings.
The first will be in Dubai next year within the new ICD Brookfield Place within the Dubai International Financial Centre district. It will span across five levels and include a roof terrace and rooftop water feature, as well as three restaurants and bars, a cigar club, art exhibition spaces and a business centre.
This will be followed by Los Angeles in 2020 on Sunset Strip in West Hollywood. It will have 14 hotel rooms, a rooftop swimming pool, screening rooms, restaurants and bars, and an art gallery open for the West Hollywood community.
The Arts Club will then return to London to open in Canary Wharf in 2020. Further details are yet to be revealed.
Alice Chadwyck-Healey, executive director of the Arts Club said: "We feel the time is right to expand beyond London and bring our unique Arts Club offer to a global audience. The appetite both for first class hospitality and unparalleled art and events programmes is strong in both Dubai and LA, making them the natural choices for our first overseas clubs.
"Our expansion plans have been meticulously thought out and will be rolled out over the next three years, ensuring we continue to offer the levels of excellence that our membership demands."
The Arts Club is expected to open its medical gym on London's Dover Street this year. The gym will allow members to have direct access to medical experts and treatments.
