Hot-chicken and liquor restaurant Stagolee's in Fulham, South West London, has announced the launch of its catering service.
Bringing authentic Southern American flavours to guests outside of the restaurant, its catering services will be available from Monday to Sunday, for any event including office meetings, birthdays and weddings.
Dishes include skillet fried chicken which is dipped in buttermilk and fried; hot spinach dip with cheese and artichoke; baked macaroni and cheese; and key lime pie.
Stagolee's opened in April 2017. It's owned by chef Ashley James and Jordan Harris. James previously worked at the Rainbow Room in New York and was trained by chef Tom Aikens.
