Delivery-only burger concept Twisted London is set to expand its dark kitchen operation with five new sites across London.
The firm, which started operations exclusively through social media, will launch sites in Bayswater, Gloucester Road, Russell Square, Piccadilly and Edgware Road to accompany its original kitchen in Bethnal Green.
The firm designs its menu around demand through social media, with dishes including the vegan burger KFV - containing Panko crumbed vegan ‘chicken', vegan cheese, avocado, chilli jam, house vegan mayo. Other dishes include the ‘money shot' containing a 6oz chuck & brisket beef patty with panko crumbed Emmental cheese, smoked cheese sauce; and dirty vegan fries - Skin-on-fries with seitan ‘chicken' nuggets, Kentucky BBQ sauce, spring onions and pickled jalapenos.
Jamie Bolding, founder and CEO of Jungle Creations, said: "We're incredibly excited about the expansion of Twisted London. Since the launch of our first branch in east London just over a year ago we've been inundated with messages from people around the world asking us when it will be coming to a town near them so we're thrilled to be launching in five new locations, bringing our much loved brand and its menu closer to more of its fans".
It comes as online-only restaurants become an increasing norm, with Cafe Rouge operator Casual Dining Group operating brands like Stack & Grill and Chef & Rooster from the French high street chain's kitchens.
