Rosa’s Thai Cafe to debut in Manchester

Rosa’s Thai Cafe will make its debut in Manchester with a new restaurant set to open in the Old Courthouse on Deansgate.

The site, previously occupied by the Handmade Burger Co, will accommodate 60 covers for lunch and dinner, seven days a week when it opens next spring.

Saiphin Moore (pictured), who founded Rosa’s Thai Cafe in 2008 with her husband Alex, commented: “We’ve spent a long time trying to find the right site to open a Rosa’s Thai Cafe in Manchester and the Old Courthouse felt like the ideal location for us.

“We’re really looking forward to becoming part of the city’s vibrant food and drink scene, and have a lot of plans for this restaurant which will set it apart from our Rosa’s in London. We’ve got a busy few months ahead and are really excited about opening our doors next Spring.”

Rosa's Thai Cafe currently has 18 sites in London (16), Leeds and Liverpool).
