The Pan Pacific London hotel, the Pan Pacific Group’s first property in Europe, has opened today (1 September).
The hotel is designed by Yabu Pushelberg and features 237 guest rooms and suites. Its food and beverage outlets, which are inspired by Singapore and led by executive chef Lorraine Sinclair and executive pastry chef Cherish Finden, include the Straits Kitchen restaurant, Ginger Lily bar and the Orchid Lounge.
The menu at Straits Kitchen has been designed by Sinclair and group executive chef Tony Khoo and showcases cuisines found in Singapore. The Orchid Lounge offers afternoon tea designed by Finden and Ginger Lily has an extensive Champagne list from over 200 houses, as well as more than 150 rums.
There is also a patisserie with grab-and-go options and two private dining rooms, Newton and Katong, seating 12 and 14 guests.
Pan Pacific London has the largest ballroom in the area, accommodating up to 400 guests, and a wellness area with an 18.5m infinity pool.
Opening offer room rates start from £325 per night for the room only. The property is headed by general manager Anne Golden.
