Mission Foods has launched a Sourdough Pitta and Greek Style Flatbread. The pitta is ideal for both eat-in and takeaway options, while the flatbread can be enjoyed open, topped with either sweet or savoury ingredients. They can also be cut into pieces, toasted and served alongside dips.

Central Foods gluten-free and vegan Asian-style prawns
Frozen food distributor Central Foods has launched gluten-free and vegan Asian-style prawns for foodservice. The product comes in three different varieties: the torpedo, a filo-wrapped vegan prawn; the breaded, a crumbed vegan prawn; and the bubble, a battered vegan prawn.

Central Foods has launched a new tomato, goats’ cheese and basil tart to its range, and has reformulated its Mediterranean vegetable tart to include chunky tomato, aubergine, courgette and mixed pepper on a bed of tomato sauce.

Baker & Baker Cocoa Orange Boomie
European bakery products manufacturer Baker & Baker has launched the Cocoa Orange Boomie. The doughnut has a dark, creamy cocoa filling, covered in orange flavoured icing and decorated with dark cocoa. Thaw for 90 minutes at room temperature and serve. After thawing, the product doesn’t need to be refrigerated and will be fresh and soft for up to three days.

Frozen food distributor Central Foods has introduced meat-free tikka kebab skewers to its plant-based products. The Shicken Tikka Kebab Skewers have meat-free chicken-style pieces in a medium-spiced vegan tikka marinade, threaded onto biodegradable bamboo skewers.

Lanchester Wines London Cru

Roband's Robatherm units
Metcalfe has introduced Robatherm units from Roband. The powder-coated stainless-steel urns can be set to variable or pre-set temperature control.
