The Springboard charity is seeking hospitality industry professionals for its London Advisory Board (LAB).
Led by newly appointed chairperson Chris Penn of Steel Hotels, the LAB will support the charity in its objectives of helping young people into jobs in the hospitality sector and supporting businesses with HR and CSR issues.
Dee Smith, London, South and Wales director of Springboard, said that the charity is looking for "thought leaders" who care about the future of hospitality.
"With unprecedented and challenging times ahead, the need to increase the potential talent pool entering the hospitality, leisure and tourism industry, Springboard is best placed to drive forward its aims."
The new members of LAB will be working in hotels, restaurants, food service management, pub and bars, member clubs or the education sector and will bring their "experience, network, knowledge, influence and technical skills" to the body.
LAB meetings will be held at least four times a year.
For more information and how to join Springboard's LAB, contact Smith at dees@springboarduk.org.uk or 07985 305233.
