The 40-year-old caterer now has separate Venues & Events and Hospitality arms.
Venue caterer Moving Venue has restructured its business into two core divisions consisting of a Venues & Events and a separate Hospitality arm.
A spokesperson for the Deptford-based caterer said the changes were introduced due to the growth of its accredited venues business.
The Venues & Events portfolio includes Moving Venue’s long-standing contracts with London’s Natural History Museum (35 years), Science Museum (30 years) and the British Museum (20 years).
Meanwhile, Moving Venue Hospitality will oversee the company’s major events portfolio, such as Formula 1 at Silverstone and the Royal Ascot.
The event caterer has also made a series of senior management appointments in line with the changes.
Ben Tobin-Paris has been promoted to deputy managing director of Moving Venue, Venues & Events, while Lee Bushnell and Slav Adamek are taking on the joint role of director of operations to support the day to day running of the newly created department.
Kim Laley has been named group operations director for catering with a particular focus on the Moving Venue Hospitality portfolio.
Chloe Jackson, managing director of Smart Group and Moving Venue, said: "These changes demonstrate Moving Venue’s restless ambition, a quality that has helped the business to thrive at the forefront of event catering for 40 years.
"Having personally worked with a number of these staff for almost a decade I am thrilled that we are recognising the dedication and commitment shown to our clients and improving our company structure with internal appointments."
Moving Venue, which is an accredited caterer with over 40 venues, was founded in 1984. It was acquired by the owner-operated hospitality business Smart Group in 2015.
