Hotel Brooklyn
Hotel Brooklyn has opened on Manchester’s Portland Street, Bespoke Hotels’ sister property to the city’s Hotel Gotham, inspired by New York in 1920-1940.
Food and beverage outlets include Runyon’s bar and restaurant, named after American writer Damon Runyon, famous for his depictions of Brooklyn characters, and with a menu showcasing European and American influences.
Dishes include crab flake à la Newburg, Billy’s bacon fried rice, ‘Oscar’s’ BLT wedge and hash browns. The hotel also has the Salvation events bar on the top floor and the Brooklyn Heights banqueting and events space.
Accessible and stylish design is also a priority for the property, with 18 accessible bedrooms overseen by accessible design company Motionspot.
