Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall has expanded his River Cottage brand with the launch of this restaurant at Plymouth's Royal William Yard. Housed in the Brewhouse building overlooking the Plymouth Sound, its aim is to source 90% of its food within a 50-mile radius.
