Harry Kirkpatrick has returned to Adam Byatt's Trinity in London’s Clapham as head chef.
The National Chef of the Year 2020 finalist rejoins the restaurant from two-Michelin-starred Alex Dilling at Hotel Café Royal in London, where he was a senior sous chef.
Kirkpatrick also spent two years at Eleven Madison Park in New York after completing an apprenticeship at Claridge’s with the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts. Before this he worked at Trinity, holding a senior role in the kitchen team.
Byatt, chef patron of Trinity, said: “Harry is one of those chefs you come across only a handful of times. An inspirational chef and leader, with a true passion for excellence, a love for produce and a future industry leader.
“I am delighted to welcome Harry back to Trinity to lead his kitchen team forward gastronomically and to mentor him into the restaurateur he will become, allowing him to grow our guest experience to be the very best it can be.”
