Both the 453-bedroom InterContinental London â" The O2 and the 518-bedroom Sofitel London Gatwick are operated by the Arora Group under franchise agreements with InterContinental Hotels Group and AccorHotels, respectively.
InterContinental London â" The O2 opened in 2016 with Hasham Soliman as general manager, who has now left to open Marriott Internationalâs Dixon hotel, which is opening later this year under its Autograph Collection.
Before he joined the Sofitel London Gatwick as general manager, Ouseph held roles within Arora Hotels including director of food and beverage and hotel manager at the Sofitel London Heathrow. Prior to joining Arora Hotels, he held various roles in Hilton, specifically at the Waldorf Hilton in London.
