A group of independent foodservice and hospitality consultants have launched the Independent Foodservice & Hospitality Consultants (IFHC) consortium.
IFHC has a primary aim of promoting the use of professional, independent design and management consultants in all aspects of the foodservice and hospitality industry.
The association, which was set up by David Bentley, Roz Burgess, Steve Cole, Kate Gould, Jo Headland, Liz Rose and Jackie Snaith, will provide a forum for professional consultants to liaise with other industry bodies in the development and promotion of standards, guidelines, specifications and legislation relating to the design, implementation and operation of foodservice and hospitality establishments.
IFHC and its members does not accept sponsorship from any manufacturer, contractor or supplier in the running of the organisation or the payment of professional fees. All members of the IFHC are independent design and management foodservice consultants, who are not affiliated to, or associated with, any manufacturer, contractor or any other industry supplier.
All IFHC consultants work solely by having their professional fees paid directly by the client and are experienced in all aspects of foodservice design and management consultancy. Members offer a wide and holistic range of project services and client support.
