The Eastbury Hotel & Spa in Sherbourne, Dorset, has been placed on the market for offers in excess of £2.5m.
It was sold to Lana de Savary, wife of millionaire businessman Peter de Savary, who passed away last year, for more than £2m in January 2018.
The seller for this sale has not been disclosed.
Eastbury Hotel & Spa, which was originally set out as a Georgian gentleman’s residence, has recently undergone an extensive refurbishment programme that has resulted in 26 en-suite rooms.
There are five Victorian potting shed suites, which feature wet rooms, underfloor heating and private terraces.
The property also has a restaurant, bar, function room, guest lounges, boutique spa and a garden for outdoor games and alfresco dining.
It resides in a market town surrounded by the English countryside and the Jurassic Coast.
