Digital Summit to challenge traditional marketing thinking

Taking place next month the Digital Summit is set to challenge traditional marketing thinking, deliver inspiration to boost bookings and provide insight into the technology that will drive growth in hospitality businesses.

Taking place on 18 June at 30 Euston Square The Caterer‘s Digital Summit will feature speakers from operators including Pizza Express, Hand Picked Hotels, Yotel, Delaware North and Mandarin Oriental hotel group. They will address how to thrive in the digital age and explore the content, conversion strategy, revenue tools and marketing insight that will supercharge your bottom line.

With GDPR now in place, a panel including Mandarin Oriental's Stephanie Timsit and Alan Broadhead from Moore Stephens will explore early issues with the legislation and explain how to ensure you remain compliant.

Meanwhile, Timothy Love from PizzaExpress will describe how the restaurant group has remained at the forefront of technological developments in customer engagement, and what it is considering implementing in the future.

Providing some inspiration in new trends and ways to engage customers, Marianna Alfa from Yotel and Delaware North's Daniel Clark will debate where AI can be best deployed, what can be learnt from the latest mobile apps and how it's possible to deep mine data to improve personalisation.

The agenda, crafted in partnership with a panel of industry experts to identify the topics and insight that really matters to hospitality, also explores how to streamline the customer experience, boost bookings and create seo strategies that provide an identifiable return on investment.
