Carpigiani UK has announced the launch of its Dessert Club, an online hub for ice-cream and gelato resources.
Paul Ingram, Carpigiani UK managing director, said: “We’ve been planning to launch this for some time and with the current market disruption that is affecting businesses and everyone’s way of life, we felt it was a great time to launch.
"We’ve set up the club firstly as a support structure for our entire customer base, but more widely as a ‘go to’ hub, a dynamic environment for anyone who may be seeking information, guidance, inspiration or motivation.”
Carpigiani Dessert Club launches with a series of free webinars that cover topics such as: latest food trends, recipe formulation, niche products, serving techniques, branding opportunities, equipment utilisation, maintenance tips and sustainability.
