Carlos Pinerez has been appointed head chef at the AllBright members club in London’s Mayfair.
A spokesperson for the club confirmed Sabrina Gidda has left her executive chef role at AllBright and moved on to pursue new ventures, meaning Pinerez is leading the kitchen team.
Pinerez trained at Le Cordon Bleu in Madrid and moved to London in 2016 to continue training at the British campus of the culinary school.
In 2017 he worked as chef de partie at Lurra in London before joining Michelin-starred Sabor as chef de partie and progressing to head chef.
Pinerez then joined Flor De Sal Catering as development chef, where he explored new techniques alongside Latin American flavours – a style that will continue at AllBright.
He said: “I am thrilled to become a member of this community of brilliant, hardworking and excellent, driven people. As part of the club, my team and I will be focused on giving the best culinary experience to all the members.”
