Restaurant and coffee bar Caravan is set to open its first West End site in the former home of BBC Radio 1.
The new Fitzrovia opening will be the fifth under the brand launched by New Zealand trio Miles Kirby, Laura Harper-Hinton and Chris Ammermann.
The new site will include a basement "record room" for private dining and parties while upstairs will be a large bar weaving between three distinct dining areas.
The Fitzrovia restaurant will also be home to a new Caravan-To-Go concept, an expansion of the group's take out offering.
It will offer breakfast and lunch options such as twice baked golden milk crème brûlée croissants; kimchi morning buns, chicken and rice bowls as well as summer squash, spelt, rainbow chard and mint verde.
Caravan's new flagship roastery is also set to open just north of Kings Cross this summer, incorporating an in-house sourdough bakery and croissanterie, supplying its branches.
