Richard Caring’s Caprice Holdings has made its debut in the UAE with the launch of Sexy Fish Dubai.
The 300-cover Japanese-inspired restaurant and terrace has opened today (4 December) on the 11th-floor rooftop of the Dubai International Financial Centre’s Innovation One building.
Menus include foie gras and black truffle wagyu gyoza (£46.60); lobster tempura (£67); and a sushi counter and raw bar.
It is the fourth global location for the Sexy Fish brand, which launched in London’s Mayfair in 2015 and expanded to Miami in 2022 and Manchester in 2023.
“The Middle East, and Dubai specifically, has made its mark on the map as a global pioneer of innovation, welcoming an array of diverse and discerning diners,” said Caring.

Dubai’s growing restaurant scene saw the launch of the first Michelin Guide Dubai in 2022. The 2024 edition includes four two-star restaurants, including Jason Atherton’s Row on 45, and 15 one-star restaurants such as Dinner by Heston Blumenthal.
