A Very British Hotel At Christmas will showcase what happens behind the scenes at the Rocco Forte hotel during one of its busiest seasons.
Brown’s hotel, a Rocco Forte hotel in London’s Mayfair, is set to star in Channel 4’s A Very British Hotel At Christmas tonight.
Airing this evening (18 December) at 9pm, the show will shine a light on the hotel team, who have worked hard to transform the property into a festive hideaway complete with holiday cocktails, pastries and decorations.
Viewers will receive a glimpse of how the hotel operates during the Christmas season, when room rates start at £750 a night and guests are offered cocktails priced at £7,500.
Brown’s has 250 staff members, including Richard Cooke, area managing director, UK and Northern Europe; Andrew Sawyer, executive chef; Ross Sneddon, executive pastry chef; and Ellie Hartley, florist owner, all of whom will make an appearance on the show.
The 115-room hotel has been open for nearly 200 years, making it one of London’s oldest hotels.
Rocco Forte Hotels was established by Sir Rocco Forte and his sister Olga Polizzi in 1996 and now operates a collection of 15 hotels, resorts, residences and villas.
