The pub giant received a £6.7m investment from the holiday park operator.
JD Wetherspoon is to open four new pubs at Haven’s holiday parks following a £6.7m investment.
The 830-strong pub group entered an exclusive partnership with the holiday par operator in January last year, which saw it launch the Five Stones at Primrose Valley, Haven’s largest Yorkshire park, in March.
The extension of the agreement will see Wetherspoon launch pubs in four Haven parks this year. These will include the Red Rocks at the Devon Cliffs in Devon; the Humber Stone at Cleethorpes Beach in Lincolnshire; the London Stone on the Kent Coast and the Sir Thomas Haggerston Castle in Northumberland.
Speaking at Casual Dining Show last year, Wetherspoon founder Sir Tim Martin said 1,000 pubs may be the limit for the brand.
Haven was acquired by private investment banking company Blackstone in 2021 alongside Butlin’s and Warner Leisure Hotels.
