Ben Coveney has been appointed finance director of restaurant group D&D London.
Coveney joins the fine-dining group from the Walt Disney Company where he worked for more than 18 years, most recently as finance director.
He joins D&D as it continues to drive forward growth both in the UK and overseas.
D&D’s current CFO, Alan Clark, will leave the company at the end of February 2020.
Des Gunewardena and David Loewi founded D&D London in 2006 following a management buyout of Conran Restaurants.
The pair have since grown the business to 43 sites, incorporating restaurants, bars and a hotel. Their latest opening is 14 Hills (pictured) on the 14th floor of the 120 Fenchurch Street office block in the City.
