Synergy Grill Technology has launched CharGo, which combines the features of the Synergy grill with those of a commercial oven, allowing it to steam, slow-cook and grill. The CharGo's lid and temperature control feature keep heat within the cavity of the chargrill oven.

As part of its Progress beer series, Mondo Brewing has teamed up with the Queer Brewing Project to brew Chosen Family, a 5.2% ABV seasonal American Brown Ale. Proceeds from sales of the ale will go towards MindOut, the LGBTQ mental health service.

Peabodys Coffee has launched the Pod by Peabodys, a Covid-secure coffee pod designed for hospitals and universities that can be up and running in 24 hours. The pod contains an espresso machine, grinder, boiler, high-speed Menumaster Xpress oven, undercounter fridge and freezer, ice maker, blenders, soup kettle, refrigerated display cabinet, utensil sink, EPoS system and hand sink.

Pan'Artisan has launched Mini Dough Bites, small balls of part-baked dough that can be cooked from frozen and served with garlic butter.

Break Fluid has partnered with Liquidline to create a cold-brew coffee machine. The machine dispenses chilled, ready-to-drink Fuel Injector coffee, which is a dark roast with a high caffeine content.

Dalston's Soda Co has launched a hard seltzer range. A triple-distilled, pure malt vodka base has been added to the East London drinks company's seltzers, creating a low-calorie, no added sugar alcoholic drink. The first two flavours are rhubarb and grapefruit, both containing real fruit.
