Ferrero

The Ferrero Foodservice log cabin will showcase three exciting new products: the Nutella 1kg Piping Bag, the Nutella 1.35kg tub, and Thorntons Luxury Chocolate Flakes. The piping bag comes ready to use, allowing caterers to be creative in the kitchen while saving time and reducing wastage.

Nemco Easy Chopper 3

The Nemco Easy Chopper 3 from Metcalfe Catering Equipment is an all-in-one heavy hitter that chops, slices and wedges, and makes light work of cutting fresh herbs and cooked chicken and ham, all at high speed. New colour-coded blade assemblies and push blocks have been introduced, alongside existing features such as a 4.25inch cutting area for large vegetables.

Wexiödisk

Scandinavian warewashing manufacturer Wexiödisk has launched a WD-8 hood device. The system allows operators to adjust and reset water pressure easily, with rapid switching between normal and heavily soiled washes. The double-skinned hood is both heat- and sound-insulating, while a built-in dosing pump ensures the correct amount of detergent is always used. There are also adjustable temperature and rinse time settings.

Pan'Artisan's Street Food Dough Ball Challenge

Pan'Artisan is the sponsor of the Street Food Dough Ball Challenge at Hotelympia's International Salon Culinaire on 6 March at 1.05pm. Competitors will be required to create two portions of an innovative street food dish using the company's pizza and sourdough balls, which will be served up as if delivered from a street food van or takeaway.

EcoPure Waters

EcoPure Waters will be showing an addition to its range that allows restaurants, hotels and other foodservice operators to serve filtered drinking water in their own branded bottles. Its new 750ml bottles use tamper-evident caps to provide a securely sealed product that can be sold at the table or in-room.
