Incorporating a new multi-platform app, the cutting edge NE-SCV3 puts innovation at the users’ fingertips, with ease of use first and foremost. The NE-SCV3 and its innovative user-friendly app provides simple operation with colour touchscreen and allows you the ability to update and modify up to 1,000 recipes and menu settings rapidly via WiFi/LAN. For operators cooking larger quantities of food quickly, Panasonic’s NE-1880BPQ/NE-3280BPQ heavy-duty gastronorm commercial microwave oven is powered by four magnetrons and has a 44-litre cavity – large enough to accommodate two 1/1 gastronorm trays at a time. With the functionality to regen whilst maintaining high quality and beautifully steam salmon and raw vegetables at the touch of a button without the need for its own dedicated water supply, it gives operators the ability to cook on-demand without waiting for preheating. This is hugely beneficial to enhancing the efficiency of the kitchen – less time, high-speed service and lower costs.

 

With the cost of energy the highest it’s ever been, energy efficiency has never been so important. Operators looking to improve the energy efficiency within their kitchens will benefit from using an energy-saving microwave and the subsequent cost savings as a result.
