Two-Michelin-starred Kitchen Table to expand into Bubbledogs space
James Knappett's two-Michelin-starred Kitchen Table concept is to be refurbished and expand into the Bubbledogs space.
A new lounge and bar will be created in addition to the existing counter dining. The 20-seat restaurant opened in 2012 and won its first star in 2014, winning its second in the 2019 Michelin Guide.
Kitchen Table previously operated at the back of Bubbledogs, a Champagne and hot dog bar, offering a daily changing menu of British ingredients prepared by Knappett.
Bubbledogs will continue online as ‘Bubbleshop by Sandia Chang', an online Champagne shop run by 2019 Cateys Wine and Spirit Ambassador Award winner Chang.
From 5 August through to the refurbishment, the team will offer & Home by James Knappett, seven and 11-course menu boxes. Kitchen Table's reopening date and further details will be announced soon.
