Here’s all the latest hospitality venues set to launch across the UK in February 2025
February is set to welcome a fantastic selection of new openings, ranging from cult-favourite brands launching their first permanent sites (think Crunch Sandwich Shop and chef Hannah Drye’s Dough Hands) to the Knave of Clubs pub in London’s Shoreditch, which might be east London’s answer to firm Soho favourite the Devonshire.
Meanwhile, Hambledon Wine Estate will be welcoming its first 40-cover restaurant this month, which will be serving the likes of grilled fillet of mackerel with soy and honey glaze, and roasted loin of Hampshire venison.
