It comes after the co-founder of the London-based salad bar revealed a target of opening 20 sites by 2027 earlier this year.
The Salad Project is set to open its sixth site this summer after the property consultancy for the salad bar revealed it is “actively seeking new sites across London”.
In a LinkedIn post, Etch confirmed it has secured its third site for the salad brand with “several more in the pipeline” off the back of strong trading in the City of London.
The latest opening will be at a 1,500 sq ft site at 30 Fenchurch Street in the City of London, which shares its address with WatchHouse Coffee.
It comes after Florian de Chezelles, co-founder of the Salad Project, told The Caterer in April of his plans to reach 20 sites by 2027, with three new London openings set for this year.
Dan Hull-Sieff, who is acting for the Salad Project on behalf of Etch, added: “Please do get in touch to discuss new opportunities as we are actively seeking new sites across London.”
Bruce Gillingham Pollard acted for the landlord Brookfield Properties.
The Salad Project launched its first site in Spitalfields in 2021 and has since grown to five sites across Battersea, Bank, Oxford Circus and Mansion House.
