Brazilian-Japanese fusion chain Temakinho has closed its debut UK restaurant in London’s Soho.
The group, which launched in Milan in 2012 and currently operates more than 10 locations across Italy, opened the site at 10 Old Compton Street in 2016.
The 2,604 sq ft property has been put up for sale and is being marketed by CDG Leisure with a passing rent of £154,000.
Temakinho, which specialises in temakis and caipirinhas, launched a second UK restaurant at London’s One Tower Bridge development in 2018.
The site reopened for eat-in and delivery earlier this year after closing during lockdown.
Temakinho also operates a restaurant in Ibiza, which is currently closed.
