Restaurant Associates has secured a catering contract for all food and beverage outlets at workplace and leisure destination Unity Place, which is due to open in Milton Keynes in late spring.
Unity Place will be home to Santander's UK headquarters, a premium restaurant, a social enterprise café, a sky lounge, bakery, food hall and conference venues.
It will also feature retail outlets, a community hall, health facilities, a dining terrace and an auditorium for 300 guests.
Restaurant Associates, which is part of Compass group, will offer new technology, such as a frictionless retail experience, a digital restaurant and the Unity Place app.
Unity Place was built with rainwater harvesting facilities, solar panels and recycled materials.
Matt Thomas, managing director of Restaurant Associates, said: “Aligned in ethos, we are delighted to be collaborating with Santander UK to develop this unique and dynamic venue which has community and innovation at the heart. All of us involved are looking forward to bringing a modern and sustainable offering to locals and visitors alike in this future-forward destination.”
It comes after Restaurant Associates won a contract with conference and events venue Hinxton Hall Conference Centre in Cambridge last month.
